Renata Lustosa, Miss World Piauí 2008, won the Miss Piauí Universe 2011 title tonight in Teresina, her state’s capital. She edged out 14 other candidates, representing the city of Campo Maior. She edged out 14 other candidates, representing the city Campo Maior.




She will compete in Miss Brazil Universe on July 23, in Sao Paulo.
